Job Overview We are seeking an experienced and skilled Pharmacist Centralized Services professional to join our team in a remote capacity. As a key member of our pharmacy operations, you will be responsible for executing medical services methodologies, driving patient wellbeing results, and ensuring compliance with clinical pharmacy services. Your expertise will play a vital role in implementing patient intervention pharmacy programs, driving financial performance, and fostering strong relationships with clinical communities. Key Responsibilities Carry out direct patient care programs, including but not limited to Drug Treatment Management programs, Vaccination Services, and Payer and Pharma Adherence and Clinical Projects. Drive compliance and continuous quality improvement in the delivery of clinical pharmacy patient care and services by examining, assessing, and redesigning processes; monitoring and analyzing results; and implementing changes. Drive local pharmacy financial performance by aligning business strategies with company financial objectives and implementing patient intervention pharmacy projects to maximize financial performance. Uphold efforts on improving patient experience by expanding focus on healthcare services, such as patient consultation, medication management, drug treatment reviews, and retail, clinical, or health services, including vaccinations, disease state management, and Specialty programs. Provide expertise, resources, education, and support to pharmacists and field leadership, and promote staff training experiences and development opportunities. Conduct data and clinical reviews, making strategic moves to ensure accuracy and appropriateness of prescriptions, and review drug records and patient profiles to ensure proper and safe medication treatment. Essential Qualifications Current Pharmacist license as conferred by the appropriate state licensing authority. Experience motivating colleagues to research and resolve issues. Experience working with confidential information. Able to work non-standard hours, which may include evenings, holidays, and/or weekends. Experience utilizing time management skills, such as prioritizing/organizing and following details and meeting deadlines of multiple tasks with varying completion dates. Experience creating ways to achieve goals with minimal supervision, relying on oneself to complete objectives, and knowing when to escalate issues. Experience providing customer service to internal and external clients, including meeting quality standards for services and assessment of customer satisfaction. Preferred Qualifications Willingness to acquire other state pharmacy licenses if necessary. Knowledge of insurance plans. Knowledge of computer operating systems, including Radio, Commitment, and Plus. Basic level skill in Microsoft Excel (e.g., opening a workbook, inserting a row, selecting font and size, formatting cells as currency, using copy, paste, and save functions, adjusting text, selecting cells, renaming a worksheet, inserting a column, selecting a chart style, inserting a worksheet, setting borders, selecting page orientation, using spell check, or printing worksheets). Basic level skill in Microsoft PowerPoint (e.g., inserting, editing, hiding, and deleting slides, navigating between slides, increasing list level, adding, centering, and editing text, changing views, inserting a table or a note, moving objects, printing frame view or running a slide show). Basic level skill in Microsoft Word (e.g., opening a document, cutting, pasting, and editing text, choosing font type and size, changing margins and paragraph width, formatting, inserting shots, pictures, and dates, using find and replace, fix, spell check, track changes, review sheet, or printing functions).
