**Responsibilities**
As a Remote Customer Service Representative I, you'll be responsible for:
* Providing prompt and considerate service to all customers, ensuring that all requests and required data entry are accurate and completed on time.
* Maintaining performance levels to specified goals, demonstrating a positive attitude and a commitment to excellence.
* Working collaboratively with our team to resolve customer issues and provide exceptional support.
* Utilizing computer systems and technology to efficiently manage customer interactions and data.
* Staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments, applying this knowledge to improve customer service and support.
**Education and Experience**
* High School Diploma or GED
* 1 year of Call Center or Animal Health Experience (preferably in a customer-facing role)
**Skills and Competencies**

* Proficiency in operating computers, with experience in customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant systems.
