**Job Summary**
As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be the voice of arenaflex, providing exceptional support to our clients through phone, email, online chat, or social media. Your primary goal will be to resolve customer inquiries, concerns, or confusion around our products or services. You'll be the first point of contact for our clients, and your ability to build strong relationships, remain composed under pressure, and provide solutions will make all the difference.
**Key Job Responsibilities**
* Provide exceptional customer support through phone, email, online chat, or social media to resolve customer inquiries, concerns, or confusion around our products or services.
* Maintain and update customer information as necessary to ensure accurate and timely support.
* Calmly attempt to resolve and de-escalate any issues that may arise, using your excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
* Escalate calls to a supervisor when necessary and appropriate to ensure seamless support.
* Respond to requests for assistance and/or possible processing of credit card authorizations in a timely and professional manner.
* Track call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes to ensure compliance and quality standards.
* Provide feedback reports on call issues related to downtime and/or training issues to help improve our processes.
* Upsell to customers as necessary to provide additional value and support.

**What We're Looking For**
* **Minimum Education and Experience**:
+ High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
+ Customer service experience a plus.
+ Phone-related customer service a major plus.
