**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Remote Chat Agent to join our team, providing exceptional customer service and support through our chat platform. As a key member of our customer engagement team, you'll be responsible for responding to inbound chat and text messages, engaging with customers in a timely and professional manner, and identifying and reporting system errors or anomalies. If you're a motivated, tech-savvy individual with a passion for sales and customer service, we encourage you to apply.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Respond to and engage in conversation with inbound chat/text messages in a timely and professional manner
* Provide thoughtful, grammatically correct responses that meet or exceed customer expectations
* Engage with conversations within 1 minute of receipt, ensuring prompt and efficient resolution of customer inquiries
* Identify and report system errors or anomalies, ensuring seamless operation of our chat platform
* Meet or exceed performance metrics, including a minimum number of conversations per hour and ERA above 10%
* Operate within multiple software platforms, including our proprietary chat platform and other industry-leading tools
**Education & Skills Required**
* Knowledge of the automobile industry, including makes and models of vehicles
* High-speed internet access, ensuring reliable and efficient communication with customers
* High school diploma or GED, with a strong emphasis on customer service and communication skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage with customers in a professional and courteous manner
* Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve customer issues efficiently
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a focus on meeting performance metrics and delivering exceptional customer experiences
**Work Schedule**
Our Remote Chat Agents work a variety of shifts, including:
* Tuesday: 11:00 AM - 9:00 PM
* Thursday: 10:00 AM - 8:00 PM
* Friday: 10:00 AM - 8:00 PM
* Saturday: 10:00 AM - 8:00 PM
