You'll need to be familiar with product details, production timelines, and shipping schedules to provide accurate information to our customers. * **Daily Communication & Reporting**: Maintain clear communication with your supervisor during working hours, respond to messages promptly, and update the record sheet at the end of each workday with any encountered issues. This will help us track progress and identify areas for improvement. * **Returning Missed Calls**: Call back customers who left missed calls the previous day and log the updates to ensure timely responses. This will help us build trust with our customers and demonstrate our commitment to their satisfaction. * **Following Up on Abandoned Orders**: Contact customers who abandoned their orders, understand their reasons, attempt to retain them, and convert them into sales. This will help us reduce cart abandonment rates and increase revenue. * **Confirming Customer Addresses**: Call customers as assigned by the supervisor to verify shipping addresses and ensure smooth deliveries. This will help us prevent delays and ensure our customers receive their orders on time. **Working Hours** As a part-time remote customer service representative, you'll work Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Pacific Time, USA) (8 hours per day). You'll need to have a stable internet connection and a quiet work environment to ensure you can focus on providing exceptional support to our customers. **Salary & Incentives** As a valued member of our team, you'll receive a competitive base salary of $500/month.
