**Job Summary**
As a Customer Service Assistant, you'll be responsible for handling a wide range of customer service interactions, including answering customer questions, conducting follow-ups, and confirming appointments. You'll work closely with our team to ensure that every customer receives a personalized experience that meets their needs. **Key Responsibilities**
* Connect with customers online and over the phone to answer customer questions, conduct follow-ups, and confirm appointments
* Triage incoming calls to the appropriate person or department to best assist the customer
* Complete administrative tasks such as processing payments and updating information in our arenaflex systems
* Understand and adhere to company policies and procedures, including collection policies and laws
* Work collaboratively with our team to meet goals and deliver exceptional customer experiences

**Qualifications and Requirements**
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Thrive in a high-energy and fast-paced environment
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Basic computer knowledge, including word processing and typing skills
* Flexible work hours with shifts that may include nights, weekends, and holidays
* Must meet minimum technology requirements (Type of internet service and speed of internet service)
* Candidates must live within 60 miles or 1 hour of the Customer Experience Center (CEC) location
