**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service and Level 1 IT Support Representative, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and resolving technical issues in a timely and efficient manner. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Providing exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat
* Addressing and resolving customer account and billing inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
* Assisting customers with Level 1 IT support, including troubleshooting internet connectivity and account access
* Documenting customer interactions and maintaining accurate records
* Escalating complex issues to higher-level support when necessary
* Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
**Schedule**
We're flexible and understand that life can be unpredictable. Our part-time schedule is designed to fit around your needs, with the following hours:
* Weekdays: 5 PM – 10 PM (Monday to Friday)
* Weekends: 10 AM – 8 PM (Saturday and/or Sunday)
**Qualifications**
