We're seeking a highly motivated and organized Operations Support Specialist to join our Mechatronics and Sustainable Packaging (MSP) Field team. This individual will play a critical role in assisting with project launches, testing, and evaluating products/packaging for e-commerce shipping, while promoting fulfillment center safety standards and maintaining data integrity.

**Job Summary**
As an Operations Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for assisting with project launches, testing, and evaluating products/packaging for e-commerce shipping. You'll work independently, in small teams, and with large, cross-functional teams to ensure that our packaging programs are running smoothly and efficiently. You'll also be responsible for promoting fulfillment center safety standards, maintaining data integrity, and communicating effectively with corporate and FC Leadership.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Maintain and promote fulfillment center safety standards
* Travel to various NA FCs within a 5-hour flight range (up to 75% travel required)
* Test and evaluate products/packaging for e-commerce shipping utilizing a simulated transit test method adhering to a specific test volume plan and quality expectation
* Audit FC tests performed by associates throughout NA
* Maintain data integrity with proper use of the testing portals
* Effectively communicate with corporate and FC Leadership
* Provide feedback to program managers and project leaders as necessary
* Meet with manager on a bi-weekly basis to discuss performance and development
* Manage multiple projects and varying tasks simultaneously
* Support OB FC operations with communication and training related to pack compliance, SIOC hotkey, box suite optimization launches and adjustments, automation projects, and other operations engagements
* Support packaging launch activities in multiple FCs across the network
* Monitor and, when necessary, deep dive FC process performance, providing feedback to corporate and operations leadership
**Basic Qualifications**
* 2 years of experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
* 2 years of experience with Amazon fulfillment center operations
* 1 year of experience as a Process Assistant
* Experience with either adjusting process configurations or performing Ship In Own Container testing
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience in any Singles Pack process
* Experience with Package Item Evaluation tool
* Knowledge of Amazon Robotics Sortable, Traditional Sortable Soft Lines, or Traditional Non Sortable packaging
