**The Role**
As an Online Support - Customer Service Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through inbound and outbound calling, establishing consultations, conducting discussions, and providing top-notch support to members of unions that request our benefits. Your daily activities will feature:

**Essential Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess:
