**Responsibilities:**
As an Online Data Entry and Customer Service Support Specialist at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include:
* Participating in national and local paid focus groups, clinical trials, and phone interviews on various topics
* Completing written and oral instructions, as well as written surveys provided for each panel
* Using products and/or services, if provided, and being prepared to discuss them prior to meeting dates
* Showing up at least 10 minutes prior to discussion start time
* Working independently with minimal supervision
* Maintaining a reliable internet connection and having access to a smartphone with a working camera or a webcam on a desktop/laptop
**Qualifications:**
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:
* A high school diploma or its equivalent
* A smartphone with a working camera or a webcam on a desktop/laptop
* Access to a reliable internet connection
* The ability to read, understand, and follow oral and written instructions
* A desire to fully participate in one or several of the topics listed above
* No prior experience is required, but you must be able to work independently
