**Key Responsibilities**
As a Manager State & Higher Education at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:
* Coaching and professionally developing Field Government Account Managers and designated portfolio management to achieve sales growth and establish formal partnerships with State, Local, and Higher Education managed travel accounts.
* Identifying and hiring a sales organization of trusted Advisors in the managed travel industry, and onboarding and training them to provide exceptional service to our corporate customers.
* Establishing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including State, Local, and Higher Education officials, to promote arenaflex's corporate travel programs and services.
* Analyzing market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
* Developing and implementing strategies to increase sales, expand our customer base, and enhance our market share.
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of business objectives and initiatives.
**Essential Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
* At least 5 years of experience in sales, marketing, or a related field, with a proven track record of success in a leadership role.
* Strong knowledge of the managed travel industry, including State, Local, and Higher Education managed travel accounts.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to coach and develop others.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze market trends and competitor activity.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
**Preferred Qualifications**

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment.
