**Your Impact**
As a Manager of Customer Insights on the LMN team, you'll have a direct impact on the success of our clients and the growth of arenaflex's retail media business. Your expertise will be sought after by internal partners and external clients alike, and you'll be responsible for developing and implementing strategic learning plans, leading quarterly business reviews, and synthesizing disparate data into actionable insights.
**What You'll Do**
* Create annual strategic learning plans for business(es) supported, aligning with arenaflex's overall business objectives
* Lead Quarterly Business Review Process with top clients, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives
* Serve as the subject matter expert for media performance reporting, providing insights and recommendations to internal partners and external clients
* Synthesize disparate data from multiple sources into strategic recommendations for future media investments, driving business growth and customer engagement
* Develop and codify best practices in media performance evaluation, data visualization, standardized reporting, and insights
* Tell data stories that support key deliverables, such as sales pitches and case studies
* Oversee omnichannel advertising efforts, aggregating insights to support client-facing teams
* Partner with Product and Ad Tech teams to provide input on reporting capabilities based on client feedback
* Integrate knowledge across the Customer Insights & Analytics team to bring relevant insights to arenaflex's LMN Insights team and the wider retail media business
**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Statistics, Econometrics, Information Sciences, or Applied Quantitative
* 5 years of experience in insights and analytics, with a focus on retail media or general media analytics
* Proven experience in analytical, decision-making, and project management
* Experience storytelling with data and presenting data stories in a compelling and easy-to-understand way
* Experience with A/B testing and Microsoft Office tools (e.g., Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
* Experience working with tools such as Tableau, Power BI, SQL, or similar tools
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Master's degree in a related field (e.g., Market Research, Behavioral Psychology, MBA)
* Proven experience leading teams and delivering business impact
* Experience managing global teams and working in a retail environment
* Experience working with analytic/research software (e.g., SPSS, Wincross, Sawtooth, SAS, Decipher, Qualtrics, etc.)

**Compensation and Benefits**
* Competitive salary range: $95,500.00 - $159,200.00 annually
* Starting rate of pay may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience
