**Position Overview**
As a Level 1 Chat Support Agent at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for assisting customers with a range of inquiries, from processing payments and billing issues to account access and plan modifications. You'll work closely with our team to ensure seamless support experiences, leveraging your exceptional communication skills and problem-solving abilities to resolve customer concerns efficiently.
**Responsibilities**
* Assist customers with processing payments and billing issues, account access issues, modifying plans and add-ons, processing cancellations and refunds, updating account information, and questions about different pricing plans available to customers
* Handle 2-3 concurrent live chats, ensuring timely and effective support
* Collaborate with our team to resolve complex customer issues and escalate concerns when necessary
* Utilize help desk tools like Help Scout, Intercom, Freshdesk, or Zendesk to manage customer interactions and track support requests
* Continuously improve your knowledge and skills to provide exceptional support experiences
**Essential Qualifications**
* Over 3 years of level 1 chat support experience handling billing and account-related queries
* Experience with help desk tools like Help Scout, Intercom, Freshdesk, or Zendesk
* Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience supporting customers using WordPress (a plus)
* Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
* Knowledge of industry-standard customer support practices and procedures
