**About the Role**
As a Level 1 Chat Support Agent at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional support through live chat. You'll be the first point of contact for customers with billing and account-related queries, and your primary responsibility will be to resolve their issues efficiently and effectively. **Key Responsibilities**
* Assist customers with processing payments and billing issues, account access issues, modifying plans and add-ons, processing cancellations and refunds, updating account information, and questions about different pricing plans available to customers
* Handle 2-3 concurrent live chats, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer queries
* Utilize help desk tools like Help Scout, Intercom, Freshdesk, or Zendesk to manage customer interactions and resolve issues efficiently
* Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless customer support and resolve complex issues that require escalation
**Essential Qualifications**
* Over 3 years of level 1 chat support experience handling billing and account-related queries
* Experience with help desk tools like Help Scout, Intercom, Freshdesk, or Zendesk
* Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple customer interactions simultaneously
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience supporting customers using WordPress (nice to have)
* Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant tools
* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
* Experience working in a remote team environment
