Our employees are our greatest asset, and we strive to create a work environment that is inclusive, supportive, and rewarding. **Job Description:** As an IT Operations Analyst at arenaflex, you will be responsible for analyzing and resolving complex IT issues, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing process enhancements. Your primary focus will be on ensuring the smooth operation of our Web & Cloud Application Development team, including the coordination, communication, and resolution of high-priority IT incidents and issues. **Key Responsibilities:** * Define, capture, and approve IT requirements and other artifacts to ensure accurate communication with stakeholders * Create key team metrics and dashboards to track performance and progress * Report and manage risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies affecting operational support efforts * Develop and implement guidelines, processes, and metrics for new technology deployments, ensuring they do not negatively impact current support responsibilities * Manage the incident and issue management process and collaborate with team members to resolve incidents and issues * Analyze and resolve complex IT issues, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions * Participate in regular reviews of processes, planning, and delivery capabilities * Ensure incidents that are not immediately resolved are properly escalated through defined service level agreements (SLAs) * Drive key performance indicators (KPIs), improving metrics and services to our customers and partners * Identify and report incident and issue patterns and trends * Ensure clear, timely communication with stakeholders regarding high-priority issues * Work closely with the incident owner to ensure incident escalation processes align with overall incident management processes * Manage and track provider performance, using approved contractual terms for accountability * Create and deliver presentations as needed * Screen and analyze incidents to ensure SLAs are met, RCAs are prepared, and preventive actions are taken * Identify, schedule, and conduct incident audits * Ensure clients and leadership are informed about incident status at regular intervals * Ensure all resolved and closed incidents are documented and approved by clients * Establish continuous process improvement, exercising, roles, and responsibilities, and strategies are audited and improved as necessary * Collaborate with issue management to ensure effective transition of incidents into issue investigations * Ensure RCA is prepared and schedule RCA reviews with teams worked on the incident * Record all details and timelines of key components during incident management call * Continuously improve service delivery * Create, maintain, and report SLA and KPIs * Identify and report incident patterns and trends * Ensure the team and other partners understand business impact * Partner with relevant business and IT stakeholders to determine root cause and issue ID, and as necessary, improvement identification for future development work * Support web-based business releases for both pre- and post-release activities **Requirements:** * Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to create accurate, concise communication * Strong demonstrated interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with individuals at all levels * Ability to lead monthly meetings with stakeholders to drive increased availability in identified patterns * Meticulous and strong analytical skills, with the ability to investigate potential future issues * Organized and detail-oriented, with a commitment to seeing things through to completion * Curious and open-minded nature, with the ability to be receptive to diverse perspectives * Mindful, scrupulous, and enthusiastic about excellence – positive "can-do" attitude * Imaginative, creative, and highly responsive in regard to improving quality and ways to access it * Extremely responsive and available to support business needs, flexing as necessary * Strong understanding of corporate IT policies, procedures, and standards **Nice to Have:** * Knowledge of ServiceNow * Experience with analytical analysis and reporting * Knowledge of multiple Costco business areas from an IT perspective * Familiarity with the Service Desk or Call Center business processes * IT Service Management Library (ITIL) V3 Foundation certification * Related knowledge with IT Service Management software **Eligibility:** * High school diploma or equivalent * Previous sales or customer experience preferred * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Excellent customer service skills and friendly approachable behavior * Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment * Basic math skills and ability to manage financial transactions * Attention to detail and ability to maintain a
