As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, resolving issues efficiently, and maintaining accurate records of all customer interactions. **Key Responsibilities**
As a Home Care Customer Service Representative, your key responsibilities will include:
* Effectively identifying customer/family/caregiver needs and communicating services offered and aid the caller in understanding the value of arenaflex's services.
* Establishing rapport and engaging members with arenaflex by scheduling the first initial visit.
* Maintaining accurate records of all customer interactions while safeguarding Protected Health Information.
* Routing calls properly to support first call resolution.
* Attending/participating in educational/training activities to improve knowledge and performance level.
* Meeting individual and team qualitative and quantitative targets.
* Adhering to attendance requirements.
* Other administrative duties as assigned.
**Essential Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:
* High school graduate or GED equivalent.
* Ability to work in a collaborative atmosphere.
* 2+ years of experience using CRM applications.
* Minimum of one year in an outreach environment preferred.
* Medical Terminology knowledge.
