**The Platform Services & Operations Group**
Our Platform Services & Operations group is the backbone of arenaflex's Core Operating Systems organization. We're responsible for delivering high-quality software experiences through exceptional engineering practices, green workflow, data-driven insights, and a culture of continuous improvement. As a Workflow Systems Analyst, you'll work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy critical workflow tooling that enables our teams to deliver exceptional results.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Design and implement scalable workflow tooling that meets the needs of our teams
* Develop and maintain dashboards that provide key metrics and insights to stakeholders
* Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to identify trends and patterns in large datasets
* Work with cross-functional teams to translate insights into actionable recommendations
* Develop and maintain expertise in data visualization tools, including Tableau
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in workflow design and analytics
**Essential Qualifications**
* 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence Analyst
* Solid understanding of analytics, including visualization, statistics, and the Analytics Maturity Curve (Descriptive, Diagnostic, Predictive, Prescriptive)
* Ability to communicate complex insights to non-technical stakeholders
* Advanced Tableau developer skills
* Proficient in SQL, including aggregation, nested queries, and data inspection/validation
* Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or related field
**Preferred Skills**
* Familiarity with software development analytics, including CICD, DORA metrics, and LEAN software development
* Experience in software development, including data pipeline construction, merging, and code transport
* Product ownership skills, including responsibility for key outcomes and driving efforts through analytics
* Project management skills, including planning and executing efforts across cross-functional teams
