**The Role**
We are seeking an experienced full stack software engineer to join our team in the Customer Support department. As a full stack engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying scalable and efficient web and cloud applications that meet the needs of our customers. You will work closely with our product and design teams to understand customer needs and develop solutions that meet those needs.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Design, develop, and deploy scalable and efficient web and cloud applications using a variety of programming languages and technologies
* Collaborate with product and design teams to understand customer needs and develop solutions that meet those needs
* Work with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize technical requirements and develop solutions that meet those requirements
* Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to ensure high-quality code
* Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner
* Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in software development and apply that knowledge to improve our applications and services
**Requirements**
* 9+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on web and cloud applications
* Strong knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, and JavaScript
* Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure
* Strong understanding of software development principles and best practices
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience with agile development methodologies and version control systems such as Git
* Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes
* Experience with cloud-based databases and data storage solutions
* Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools such as Jenkins and Ansible
* Strong understanding of security principles and best practices
