Job Overview
In this critical role, you will provide superior service to our Third-Party Administrators (TPA), Independent Record-keepers, and participants, ensuring seamless account and plan transfers. As a Conversion Specialist, you will promote client retention, identify opportunities to build existing relationships, and process incoming, outgoing, and internal retirement account transfers with accuracy and efficiency. Your exceptional customer service skills, combined with your technical expertise, will enable you to deliver value-add recommendations and collaborate with internal partners to resolve service issues and respond to inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional service to Third-Party Administrators (TPA), Independent Record-keepers, and participants, ensuring seamless account and plan transfers
- Process incoming, outgoing, and internal retirement account transfers with accuracy and efficiency
- Promote client retention and identify opportunities to build existing relationships through timely and accurate transfer processing and service quality
- Collaborate with internal partners to deliver timely and accurate information in response to inquiries and/or service issues
- Provide value-add recommendations to increase operational efficiencies and improve overall customer experience
- Utilize multiple applications, including Windows, internet researching, database systems, and email, to manage and process complex operational work
Essential Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 6+ years of data entry experience, with a focus on retirement account transfers and customer service
- Previous experience working with Third Party Administrators (TPA's) and Independent Record-Keepers or Advisors
- Excellent operational, organizational, and follow-up skills, with the ability to manage and process complex operational work
- Strong customer contact skills, along with excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Positive attitude, enthusiasm, professionalism, and strong work ethic, with a high level of integrity and ethics
- Intermediate to Advanced technical skills, with the ability to utilize multiple applications at one time
- Location in the CST zone, with the ability to work fully remotely

- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service
- Knowledge of retirement account transfers, plan administration, and related regulations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities for process improvements
