**Minimum Qualifications:**
* Three years of experience in the upkeep and tracking of server systems, running systems, or networking protocols.
* Experience in upkeep and tracking of server systems.
* Experience in operating inside a data center or network operations center environment.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Experience in operating with troubleshooting hardware or network-related issues using Linux-based tools.
* Experience working autonomously and prioritizing multiple competing priorities.
* Ability to collaborate and partner with teams to overcome challenges.
* Ability to manage ambiguity and adjust priorities.
**About the Job:**
As a Full Stack Operations Technician, you'll be responsible for installing, configuring, testing, troubleshooting, and maintaining hardware (such as servers and their components) and server software (such as arenaflex's Linux cluster). You'll also take on the configuration of more complex components, including networks, routers, hubs, bridges, switches, and networking protocols. You'll participate in or lead small project teams on large installations and develop project contingency plans.
An average day will involve hands-on work with infrastructure that's on the cutting edge of computer technology. You'll be excited to work with infrastructure that's constantly evolving and improving.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Contribute to efforts/initiatives in the deployment, maintenance, and support of cutting-edge and new data center infrastructure.
* Participate in complex troubleshooting and resolve critical technical issues.
* Test and troubleshoot new server and network hardware components and designs.
* Install and maintain switches, routers, and other large-scale networking equipment.
* Configure and troubleshoot Linux OS-related issues.
