Your responsibilities will include: * Leading the acquisition and integration of continuous item development endeavors and defining item requirements that enhance the client experience * Influencing client information, conversational analysis, industry information, and technical expertise to examine the performance of existing solutions and develop future capabilities * Collaborating with engineers, data scientists, and product managers across various value streams to deliver products that balance short-term gains with long-term investments * Working with core product teams to define client stories, guide product definition, and establish comprehensive acceptance measures, identifying and addressing any need for additional research to define future feature planning * Leading client testing and post-launch sustainment analysis of automation and identifying ways to improve the experience * Analyzing execution metrics that demonstrate the health of the product and planning clear data-driven product suggestions accordingly * Maintaining and refining the product portfolio, planning client stories to the requirements of the end-user, while focusing on business value * Supporting the definition and creation of the product strategy, guide, release plan, and overall client experience **Requirements** To be successful in this role, you'll need: * A bachelor's degree in business, software engineering, computer science, or a related field * A strong interest in understanding how things work and the ability to use that knowledge to create connections and find opportunities with an entrepreneurial mindset and a bias towards action * Excitement for excellent products and services, able to empathize with clients, and skilled at articulating product functionality * A proven self-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks * Strong written and verbal communication skills, as demonstrated by your ability to convey new and complex details with brevity and clarity * A forward-thinking "growth mindset" with an emphasis on innovation trends and emerging industry/space best practices **What We Offer** At arenaflex, we're committed to supporting our partners and their families with comprehensive benefits and programs that promote their overall well-being.
