**Job Description**
As a Full Stack Data Scientist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in driving business growth and improving customer experience through data-driven insights. You'll be responsible for leading large-scale data science projects, identifying opportunities to leverage best-in-class technology and methodologies, and mentoring data scientists in the project team. Your expertise in at least one data science specialization, such as machine learning, computer vision, natural language processing, or predictive analytics, will be invaluable in helping us achieve our goals.
**Key Responsibilities**
* **30% Project Improvement:** Use your expertise to design and develop algorithms and models to analyze large datasets and drive business outcomes. Make informed decisions, communicate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, and effectively convey insights to drive business decisions.
* **25% Project Management and Team Support:** Lead and manage large and complex projects, provide guidance on prioritization and quality of work, and mentor junior team members to enhance their technical skills. Collaborate with leaders and teams to deliver results and allocate resources, and serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for at least one data science technique, both predictive and prescriptive.
* **20% Business Collaboration:** Translate business insights into actionable strategies, build trust and partnerships with internal clients and cross-functional teams, and provide technical training on advanced analytics to the data science community. Collaborate with IT to explore new tools and technologies, and identify opportunities to leverage data science as a competitive advantage.
* **25% Technical Research and Development:** Stay up-to-date with key advancements in data science by attending conferences and publishing papers, and participate in the continuous improvement of data science and analytics by creating reusable solutions (e.g., packaged data products, project documentation, process flowcharts) to ensure that solutions are reusable for future projects. Define best practices and develop a clear vision for data analysis and model productionalization, and oversee the development of reusable algorithms for future use, ensuring that created code/models are properly archived.

This position typically reports to an administrator or above and has 0 direct reports, leading and overseeing projects.
**Travel Requirements**
Occasional travel under 10% of the time is required.

Most time is spent sitting in a comfortable position, and there is frequent opportunity to move about. Occasionally, there may be a need to move or lift light objects.

**Minimum Qualifications**
* Must be 18 years old or older.
* Must be legally authorized to work in the US.
* Demonstrated expertise in predictive modeling, data mining, and data analysis.
* Demonstrated expertise using statistical procedures to identify key insights that help solve business problems.
