**Key Responsibilities:**
* Experience in an information science job, ideally in the digital advertising industry or product analysis with hands-on experience working with clickstream data or A/B testing
* Ability to work effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced, highly cross-functional, and continually evolving environment
* Programming skills in Python and SQL, and experience with AWS, Snowflake, Flask, and Scikit-learn
* Ability to convey the results of analyses in a clear and effective way with product and service groups to impact the overall strategy of the product
* Ability to work seamlessly with design partners to meet the data needs of the business, translating business needs into analytical requirements
* Experience in complex quantitative analysis, including regression, clustering, categorization, and time-series analysis
* Familiarity with data modeling and data warehousing standards
* Willingness to work with current data technologies and knowledge of database modeling and data warehousing standards
* Useful experience in directing trials on large datasets
**Description:**
A successful candidate will have deep experience in applied strategies (predictive modeling, classification, item feature influence estimation), experience building reporting dashboards, and utilizing those techniques and tools to drive key business insights. The job requires both a broad knowledge of existing data mining, competitive algorithms for business, and imagination to develop and tweak when necessary. Collaborate with a wide range of data experts as well as business leaders, focusing on projects where tools and strategies are used to drive tangible business value.
