**The Role**
As an Experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our data entry processes. You'll work closely with our team to develop and implement best practices, identify areas for improvement, and drive process automation. Your expertise will be essential in maintaining the integrity of our financial records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing exceptional support to our clients.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Prepare and review loan book entries for global transactions, including collections and adjustments
* Lead the quarterly SOX audit team to ensure the accuracy and completeness of all real estate, asset, and loan transactions
* Manage the company's quarterly CRE coverage, including totals, margins, exposure F/S, reasons for change analysis, and volatility
* Improve efficiency through continuous monitoring and improvement of existing processes
* Maintain an up-to-date understanding of any changes in loan accounting standards
* Contribute to various projects, including Tririga (lease management/accounting software) changes, S4/Hana implementation, and other corporate initiatives
* Manage, coach, and develop the team by fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment
* Work closely with various teams, including finance, real estate, lease administration, and legal, to understand the meaning of accounting records and resolve any accounting issues or complaints
**Essential Qualifications**
* 1-4 years of relevant experience in accounting, with a minimum of 3 years of accounting experience and 2 years of management experience
* Must-have analytical skills combined with strong business and financial skills
* Demonstrated understanding of internal controls, control environment, and accounting systems (SAP preferred)
* Good and strong leader and effective manager, who leads by example and will lead different groups to achieve research objectives and participate in project research and activities
* Strong relationship building skills and highly professional "customer service orientation"
* Must be able to interact with and influence all levels of management within and outside the management context
* Must be a good team player with strong interpersonal skills
* Good communicator both verbally and in writing
* Flexibility, "special work" focus, and strong multitasking abilities

**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience with Tririga (lease management/accounting software) and S4/Hana implementation
* Knowledge of ASC 842 and IFRS accounting standards
* Certification in accounting or finance (e.g., CPA, CMA, CFA)
* Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
