**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist to join our Development Notices Group. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for designing and implementing data-driven strategies that enhance client experiences and drive business growth. You'll work closely with our cross-functional team, including colleagues from item management, design, data science, customer experiences, and engineering, to deliver exceptional results.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Design and implement data-driven strategies to enhance client experiences and drive business growth
* Develop and maintain data management systems to ensure seamless data flow and accuracy
* Collaborate with our cross-functional team to identify areas for improvement and implement data-driven solutions
* Work closely with engineers to develop and maintain backend frameworks and APIs
* Develop and maintain front-end web applications using CSS, Backtalk/LESS, and current JavaScript systems
* Design and implement A/B testing strategies to optimize client experiences and drive business growth
* Develop and maintain reusable, templated systems to ensure efficient data management and processing
* Collaborate with our data science team to develop and implement data-driven insights and recommendations
**Essential Qualifications**
* 2+ years of experience in data management and client acquisition
* Strong understanding of data-driven strategies and their application in business growth
* Experience in designing and implementing data management systems
* Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
* Experience in developing and maintaining backend frameworks and APIs
* Strong understanding of front-end web development, including CSS, Backtalk/LESS, and current JavaScript systems
* Experience in designing and implementing A/B testing strategies
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and develop insights
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience working with item improvement groups
* Experience building streams utilizing different channels like Push, SMS, informing applications, and In-Item informing encounters
* Experience with restriction frameworks and ICU organizing
* Experience in making Responsive and Intuitive HTML or potentially AMP Email Advancement experience
* Experience in building huge scope, profoundly versatile gRPC administrations
