We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist to join our ride development and design team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and developing innovative ride systems, working closely with cross-functional teams to bring our ideas to life. **Key Responsibilities**
* Design and develop innovative ride systems, including mechanical, electrical, and software components
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and operations, to bring our ideas to life
* Develop and maintain detailed design documents, including schematics, diagrams, and technical specifications
* Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments to identify potential issues and develop mitigation strategies
* Develop and implement testing and validation plans to ensure ride safety and performance
* Collaborate with external vendors and suppliers to source and procure ride components and materials
* Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including ride operators, maintenance teams, and guests
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and apply this knowledge to improve our ride designs and experiences
**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
* 5+ years of experience in ride design and development, with a focus on mechanical and electrical systems
* Strong understanding of ride safety and performance requirements, including OSHA and ASTM standards
* Experience with design software, including SolidWorks, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and SketchUp
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and outside the box
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
* Experience with ride design and development for Disney or other entertainment companies
* Experience with life safety plan and requirements
* Experience with model, development, or innovative products
* Professional certifications, such as EIT, FE, or PE
