We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist to join our Provider Services team. As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our data, while providing exceptional support to our healthcare providers and patients. **Job Summary:** As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for managing and maintaining the accuracy of our supplier information, including demographic and contractual data. You'll work closely with our internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and data exchange, while providing timely and effective support to resolve any issues or concerns that may arise. **Key Responsibilities:** * Maintain and update supplier information, including demographic and contractual data, to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements * Perform data entry and validation tasks, including manual and automated processes, to ensure data integrity and consistency * Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve data discrepancies, answer questions, and provide support as needed * Develop and maintain data entry processes and procedures to ensure efficiency and accuracy * Analyze and resolve data-related issues, including errors, discrepancies, and inconsistencies * Provide training and support to new team members on data entry processes and procedures * Participate in quality assurance and quality control activities to ensure data accuracy and integrity * Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration **Required Capabilities:** * 5+ years of experience in data entry and management, preferably in a healthcare or related industry * Strong knowledge of data entry software and systems, including Microsoft Excel and other related tools * Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve data-related issues * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines * Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with a focus on data integrity and compliance * Ability to learn and adapt to new systems, processes, and technologies **Preferred Capabilities:** * Experience with SQL and QuickBase, with the ability to develop and maintain complex data queries and reports * Strong relational skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders * Experience with data analysis and reporting, with the ability to develop and maintain complex data visualizations and reports **Education:** * Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, healthcare, or computer science **Compensation and Benefits:** * Competitive salary range of $35-$40 per hour, based on experience and qualifications * Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance * 401(k) retirement savings plan, with company match * Paid time off, including vacation, sick leave, and holidays * Opportunities for professional growth and development, including training and education programs * Collaborative and dynamic work environment, with a focus on teamwork and innovation **How to Apply:** If you're a motivated and detail-oriented individual with a passion for data entry and management, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
