**Job Description:**
We're looking for a seasoned Full Stack Data Engineer to lead our data management and cloud application development initiatives. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing scalable data pipelines, data warehouses, and cloud-based applications that drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Gather and analyze large, complex datasets to meet non-functional and functional business requirements
* Identify, design, and implement process improvements, including re-architecting systems for greater flexibility, enhancing data delivery, and automating manual processes
* Develop required frameworks for optimal data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) from various data sources using AWS and SQL technologies
* Build analytical tools to utilize the data pipeline, providing valuable insights into key business performance metrics, including operational efficiency and customer acquisition
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data, design, product, and leadership groups, to address data-related technical issues
* Work with the Chief, Product, Data, and Configuration teams to support their data infrastructure needs while addressing data-related technical issues
* Develop or modify equipment and technology to meet customer needs
* Perform other work duties as assigned by Representative's Chiefs
**Information, Skills, and Competencies:**
* Knowledge of the practical application of engineering science and technology, including applying principles, methods, tools, and equipment to the design and production of various products and labor
* Knowledge of design strategies, tools, and standards associated with the creation of accurate technical plans, drawings, and models
* Ability to use reason and thinking to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems
* Ability to understand the implications of new data for both current and future critical thinking and direction
* Talented in recognizing complex issues and exploring related data to create and assess choices and implement solutions
