**The Role**
As a Customer Support Specialist, your primary focus will be helping customers navigate and succeed with arenaflex's software. You'll become a product expert and guide customers in setting up their accommodation websites and growing their vacation rental businesses. Your day-to-day will involve promptly responding to support requests, troubleshooting issues, and offering advice to help customers get the most out of arenaflex.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Provide top-tier support via phone, email, or chat to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve issues promptly.
* Troubleshoot and solve general technical issues related to the arenaflex platform.
* Report customer feedback and issues to relevant teams and follow up as needed.
* Identify and document any software bugs or issues for continuous improvement.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer issues.
**What Makes You a Great Fit?**
* Experience in technical customer support or a similar role, with a strong understanding of software and technology.
