**Job Description**
As a full stack customer service representative in a contractor role, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer support services to our clients through inbound phone calls, chat, and email. Your primary goal will be to resolve customer issues, answer questions, and provide solutions that meet their needs. You'll work closely with our clients to understand their business objectives, develop a deep understanding of their products and services, and leverage your expertise to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Provide exceptional customer support services through inbound phone calls, chat, and email
* Resolve customer issues, answer questions, and provide solutions that meet their needs
* Develop a deep understanding of our clients' products and services, including their features, benefits, and limitations
* Work closely with our clients to understand their business objectives and develop strategies to meet their needs
* Collaborate with our team to share best practices, provide feedback, and improve our customer support services
* Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first call resolution (FCR), average handle time (AHT), and customer satisfaction (CSAT)
**Essential Qualifications**
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish
* Proven track record in customer service and delivering outstanding customer care
* Attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills
* Friendly, empathetic tone, and professional demeanor

* Proficient in using technology, including computer applications and software
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience working in a customer service role, preferably in a call center or BPO environment

* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
**Technology and Equipment Requirements**
* Personal computer with a minimum of 8GB RAM (tablets and Chromebooks are not supported)
* Operating system of Windows 10 or Windows 11 (some clients may accept AppleOS)
* Wired USB headset with microphone for clear communication
* High-speed wired internet with a minimum of 10 Mbps download speed and 5 Mbps upload speed for seamless connectivity
* Valid and up-to-date antivirus software installed
* Smart phone, Android tablet or iPad needed for authentication
**Work Environment Requirements**
* Quiet, uninterrupted space
* Organized desk area
* Ability to work in a home-based environment with minimal distractions
**Contractual Relationship**
The relationship between you and arenaflex is a contractual relationship. You will remain an independent contractor for the duration of your contractual relationship with arenaflex. arenaflex will not be responsible for withholding taxes on your earnings while contracted with arenaflex. When you receive your contract, you will be asked to agree to have no claim against arenaflex hereunder or otherwise for vacation pay, sick leave, retirement benefits, Social Security, worker’s compensation, health or disability benefits, overtime, unemployment insurance benefits or employee benefits of any kind.
**Compensation and Benefits**
* Contract earnings vary by client, with rates ranging from $17 to $20 per hour
* Pay is determined by your phone call status when assisting customers
* Additional incentives available based on client and performance metrics
