**Position Summary**
As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for assisting members with their pharmacy benefit plans, taking inbound calls, and answering questions regarding prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail order prescriptions. You will offer solutions to help simplify their healthcare experience, learn more about healthcare, and expand your own experiences, opening doors to additional opportunities within arenaflex. **Responsibilities**
* Assist members with their pharmacy benefit plans, taking inbound calls and answering questions regarding prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail order prescriptions
* Offer solutions to help simplify their healthcare experience
* Learn more about healthcare and expand your own experiences
* Participate in our comprehensive training program, including onsite training and self-paced modules
* Maintain a secure workspace free from distractions and meet approved internet speed requirements
* Adhere to HIPAA and governmental compliance requirements
* Work a flexible schedule, with days off and hours varying to support business needs
**Requirements**
* 1 year experience interacting with customers (i.e. call center, retail, customer service environment, hospitality industry, military experience)
* Computer proficiency in Windows-based applications
* High School Diploma
* Ability to problem solve in a positive, productive manner
* Comfortable relating to customers in a patient, helpful way that demonstrates a genuine concern for improving the customer quality of life
* Reliability and compliance with scheduling standards
* Ability to exhibit patience and empathy and express assurance and confidence
* Strong customer service skills, including courteous telephone etiquette and professionalism
* Strong oral, interpersonal, and communication skills
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Associates degree or equivalent experience
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
* Experience working in a call center or customer service environment
* Familiarity with healthcare or pharmacy benefit plans
**Compensation and Benefits**
* Competitive salary, with a pay range of $21.50 - $30.70 per hour
