* **Schedule/Shift:** Day shift with one weekend workday

**What You Will Do**
As a Remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional patient support and account management services. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Managing a high volume of inbound calls in a timely manner

**Who You Are and What You Have**
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* **2 years of previous call center experience** (required)
* **Remote experience** (required)
* **Personable and professional oral and written communication skills**
* **Ability to multi-task**
* **Pharmacy or other patient care experience is a plus** (desired)
* **Located in the State of Missouri**
**Essential Qualifications**
* High school diploma or equivalent required
* 2 years of previous call center experience
* Experience working in a remote environment
