**Job Summary**
As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and chats, providing exceptional customer service, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. You will work closely with our team to ensure that our customers receive the best possible experience, and you will be an ambassador for arenaflex, representing our brand and values.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and chats, providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
* Verify applicants and conduct quick screenings to determine eligibility for benefits
* Complete income forms and authorization for eligibility, and submit renewal applications on behalf of customers
* Work closely with our team to ensure that our customers receive the best possible experience
* Provide accurate and timely information to customers, and escalate complex issues to senior team members as needed
* Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call handling time, first call resolution, and customer satisfaction
* Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge
**Skills and Requirements**
* 5+ years of customer service experience, both inbound and outbound
* Good communication and professionalism, with the ability to work with diverse customers and stakeholders
* Ability to work 40 hours weekly, with flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends
* Windows 10 or 11 based system – NO MacBook or Chromebook
* Must have a WIRED internet connection that belongs to them/their household. Cannot be public access
* Must have USB headset
* 2nd Monitor Required
* Internet Speed Test; Download Speed 25-50Mbps & Upload Speed 15-20Mbps
* 8GB RAM or Higher
