**The Role**
As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of arenaflex, providing top-notch support to our clients through various communication channels. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Handling incoming calls, emails, and chats in a polite and professional manner
* Resolving complex customer inquiries and issues related to shareholder accounts and transactions
* Providing accurate and timely information to customers, while maintaining a high level of product knowledge
* Notating customer interactions accurately and updating records as necessary
* Researching and resolving customer inquiries, escalating items as needed to ensure timely resolution
* Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
* Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on products, services, and industry trends
**What We're Looking For**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* High School Diploma or equivalent
* Minimum 1 year of experience as a call center agent or in a customer-facing role
* Proficient in speaking and writing in Spanish (additional languages a plus)
* Ability to work a 10:30am - 7pm EST shift (flexibility to accommodate varying schedules)
* Strong customer service skills, with a focus on empathy, active listening, and problem-solving
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* PC skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management software
* Ability to adapt to changing work environments and priorities
* Other duties or tasks as assigned by management
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience in the finance industry or related field
* Familiarity with customer relationship management software and other technical tools
* Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative)
