You will be the face of arenaflex, answering customer inquiries, resolving issues, and exceeding customer expectations. Your role will require you to be flexible, adaptable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment where no two interactions are ever the same. **Key Responsibilities** * Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat * Answer customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner * Exceed customer expectations by going above and beyond to meet their needs * Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve common goals * Stay up-to-date on product and service knowledge to provide accurate information to customers * Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge * Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets **Essential Qualifications** * High school diploma or equivalent certification * At least 2 years of customer service experience or 2 years of call center experience * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations * Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Reliable private internet connection (not supplied by cellular data or hotspot) **Preferred Qualifications** * At least 1 year of financial services experience or banking experience * Experience working in a call center or customer service environment * Knowledge of banking products and services * Certification in customer service or a related field **Schedule** * Tuesday through Saturday, 2:00 p.m. - 11:00 p.m. EST * Sunday through Thursday, 2:00 p.m. - 11:00 p.m. EST (Limited Availability) * Schedules are adjusted per time zone **Compensation** * The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location.
