As a Customer Sales Executive, you'll be part of a dynamic team that's passionate about making a difference in the world of e-commerce. **Job Summary** We're seeking an experienced Customer Sales Executive to join our Amazon Protein team, responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to drive sales growth, improve customer relationships, and expand our market share. As a key member of our leadership team, you'll work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, develop solutions, and drive results. If you're a seasoned sales professional with a passion for digital commerce, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity. **Key Responsibilities** As a Customer Sales Executive, you'll be responsible for: * Developing and executing strategic plans to drive sales growth, improve customer relationships, and expand our market share * Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, develop solutions, and drive results * Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers, including Amazon, to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction * Developing and presenting recommendations to senior management, both internally and externally, to drive business growth and improve customer relationships * Working closely with brand, supply chain, operations, and IS managers to ensure successful integration and leverage of campaigns, media, packtype, seasons, and new product programs * Coordinating, executing, and leading activities with virtually every function in the company to achieve pre-set goals, including portfolio management, innovation, and capability building * Leading and directing the activities of outside suppliers, including content and ad agencies * Developing and executing merchandising, marketing, promotional, and content plans to drive sales growth and improve customer relationships * Establishing business reporting and KPIs to ensure progress against objectives and communicating back to the organization * Operational evangelist for assigned account(s) for current and future state, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure catalog accuracy, in-stock/forecasting reliability, new product set up, and sales planning * Closely collaborating with IS, Digital Marketing, Insights, and Shopper Marketing teams to leverage insights and digital expertise to execute current year plans and build capabilities to advise and evolve customer relationships * Owning the eCommerce P&L for assigned portfolio, currently Amazon.com, 3P, Prime Pantry, Amazon Fresh/Prime Now, Amazon Business, Amazon Go, Amazon Grocery, Fresh Pick Up, and Whole Foods **Essential Qualifications** * Previous sales experience with direct management of a customer/retailer relationship, with Amazon experience preferred but open to translatable experience * Demonstrated P&L management with strong business judgment and decision-making skills, ability to identify, prioritize, and articulate high-impact initiatives * Experience directly managing customers, including strengths in advising and negotiating * Strong ability to work effectively in a matrix environment * Excellent management skills, with the ability to delegate and manage multiple priorities while generating positive relationships * Proven leadership skills * Strong knowledge and experience managing digital customers, media, and creative development, SEO, and eCommerce merchandising preferred but open to translatable experience * Proven ability to translate insights into sound merchandising/marketing/promotional/product optimization recommendations (prescriptive selling) * Superb communication skills, including strong oral and presentation skills with the ability to communicate and interact at all levels * Aptitude for problem-solving/quick learning * Positive attitude and high level of energy **Preferred Qualifications** * MBA or equivalent * 5+ years of experience managing a P&L or digital commerce business, with CPG background preferred * Strong knowledge and experience in digital marketing, including SEO, social media, and email marketing * Experience working with Amazon and other e-commerce platforms * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions **What We Offer** * Competitive salary and bonus structure * Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance * 401(k) matching program * Paid time off and holidays * Opportunities for professional growth and development * Collaborative and dynamic work environment * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance **How to Apply** If you're a motivated individual ready to contribute to a thriving team, we encourage you to apply now!
