**Key Responsibilities**

* Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders
* Conduct data analysis and statistical modeling to identify trends, patterns, and correlations

* **Promoting Strategy and Assessment**: Our Promoting Strategy and Assessment team drives marketing and advertising efforts for arenaflex on various digital platforms. As a Business Analyst, you'll work closely with this team to analyze marketing data, develop data-driven insights, and implement process improvements to drive business growth.
* **Errands**: arenaflex's Errands team is responsible for improving the customer experience through the development of a comprehensive logistics and supply chain management system. As a Business Analyst, you'll work closely with this team to analyze logistics data, develop data-driven insights, and implement process improvements to drive business growth.
**What You'll Need**
* Strong consultative skills: ability to work effectively and persuasively with a diverse group of stakeholders
* Strong business acumen: ability to understand how various parts of the business interact; can identify and address issues from a customer or supplier perspective
* Fantastic analytical and quantitative skills: able to work with and integrate large datasets into critical business decisions; open to using data programming to lead analyses and develop insights
* Excellent decision-making and execution skills: ability to make informed decisions, reprioritize tasks, and achieve results even with uncertainty
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Skilled with Microsoft Excel
* Experience with any programming language is a plus, including motivation to learn and develop new skills (Google BigQuery/SQL, R, Python)
* Long-term advanced degree obtained by Winter 2023 or Summer 2024
