With a strong presence in the UK, EU, and USA, we're expanding our online operations and seeking a talented E-commerce Customer Service Assistant to support our growth. **Job Overview** As an E-commerce Customer Service Assistant, you'll be responsible for addressing customer service queries, particularly on Amazon and Shopify. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment. Training and SOPs will be provided, but we're a fast-moving company with high expectations. If you're up for the challenge, we'd love to have you on board. **Key Responsibilities** * **Customer Service**: Respond to customer service queries, such as order status inquiries, using templated messages by Email, Amazon, Live Chat, and Text Message. * **Customer Communication**: Send text messages to customers at 5:30 PM UK time advising them of multiple package deliveries using our SMS service. * **Review Management**: Flag negative reviews, A to Z claims, and chargebacks, and add them to a spreadsheet across UK and EU markets. * **Other Opportunities**: Depending on your level of experience, you'll have the scope to expand the role to cover other aspects of the business, including growth of Amazon and Shopify platforms. **Requirements** * **Experience**: Proven experience with Amazon Seller Central and Shopify platforms. * **Skills**: Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. * **Communication**: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (fluent).
