**Job Description**
As a Data Entry Clerk / No Experience (Remote) at arenaflex, you will be responsible for performing everyday reconciliation/trade/transfer tasks for Alternate Investments. Your essential deliverables will include, but are not limited to:
* Processing trade deal purchases in customer profiles
* Identifying and addressing breaks recognized between TD Ameritrade and the fund companies or transfer agents
* Processing Corporate Activity Activities, settling/reconciling transactions, and processing/reconciling returns activity
* Executing analysis of complex/escalated issues
* Testing/validation of new innovation enhancements and provider modifications
Your work will directly impact the Client/Advisor profile, and your attention to detail will ensure that customer transactions are processed in a best fashion. This role engages primarily with Retail and Institutional Service Teams using email, phone, Slack, Overview, and Salesforce.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Analysis of subscription deals or transfer requests
* Client/Advisor account exceptions
* Regulatory commitments (e.g., 2340 and 15C3-3)
* Reconciliation of Business, Dividend, and Transactions Breaks
* Reconciliation across BOS and Fund Companies
* Review and analysis of correct tax coding and corrections of income tax coding
* Trouble addressing, including internal/external system improvements or concerns
* Root cause of breaks between TDA, the Fund, etc.
* Providing method or innovation service alternatives to Management
* Remediating transfer issues with the Fund or Opposite Firm
* Client or Company Companion Service
* Answering business partner inquiries concerning Fund details requirements/eligibility
* Providing follow-up on Substitute Expenditure moves to expedite the customer demand or remediate not neat issues
* Prompt and correct finalization of client investing and dividend demands
**Essential Qualifications:**
* High school diploma or equivalent required
* 0-2 years of experience in data entry or a related field
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
* Ability to learn and adapt to new systems and processes
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Experience in the financial industry or a related field
* Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance
* Familiarity with Salesforce and other CRM systems
* Experience with data analysis and reporting
* Certification in data entry or a related field
