Our team is passionate about delivering exceptional results, and we are seeking like-minded individuals to join our dynamic team. **Job Highlights** * **Company:** arenaflex * **Compensation:** a competitive salary * **Location:** Remote * **Position:** Data Entry Clerk – Remote, Part Time/Full Time * **Start Date:** Immediate openings available **Job Description** As an Experienced Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you will be responsible for: * Reviewing sales paperwork for accuracy against customer contract and documentation * Processing sales paperwork in our computer system and following applicable procedures * Releasing new orders and change orders to manufacturing * Verifying finished goods (stock) requests and moving pending stock as needed * Maintaining master tooling files * Processing obsolete lists as needed (at minimum twice per year) * Invoicing and filing sales documents * Prioritizing and organizing work-loads to meet deadlines * Answering phones and other miscellaneous duties as needed * Responding to emails quickly and sending out emails to management and suppliers * Scanning incoming and outgoing materials and inputting data into systems * Creating orders into the systems **Requirements** To be successful in this role, you will need: * The ability to read sales forms and input data into our computer system * Effective communication skills, both verbally and in writing * Basic Microsoft Office software experience (Word & Excel primarily) * Resourcefulness in identifying and solving problems * A positive, service-oriented focus and communication in any situation **Benefits** As an arenaflex team member, you will enjoy: * 401(k) plan * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Life insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance **Work Environment and Company Culture** At arenaflex, we value a positive and inclusive work environment.
