As an Experienced Data Analyst at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in analyzing large-scale, high-layered data to inform business decisions. You will work closely with our content team to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive content portfolio, marketing, and delivery system optimization. **Key Responsibilities**
* Apply advanced data analysis methods (data mining, data visualization, statistical analysis, AI) on large-scale, high-layered data to inform business decisions
* Investigate client behavior (e.g., content preferences, viewing patterns) to identify untapped client needs and undiscovered content opportunities
* Predict content engagement to inform securing decisions
* Develop and implement content launch and episode release strategies
* Test marketing strategies to improve engagement and retention
* Ideate and develop new metrics and KPIs to measure content performance for both strategic and tactical direction
* Provide specialized data analysis support to partners to drive business growth
* Effectively communicate significant findings through compelling data storytelling across the organization
**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Operations Research, Computer Science, or related field
* At least 3 years of experience in data analysis
* Proficiency in SQL and experience in R or Python
* Experience in statistical analysis and AI procedures: decision trees, regression, clustering, etc.
* Proven ability to work independently and apply creativity in solving complex problems
* Excellent data storytelling skills through verbal, written, and visual communication
**Preferred Qualifications**
