**Job Responsibilities**
As a Customer Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
* Responding to internal and external customer queries in a timely and accurate manner, via chat, email, or phone
* Managing client incidents and requests through to resolution
* Providing first-line diagnostic and troubleshooting support as well as technical expertise to answer customers' questions
* Driving customer adoption and support ad-hoc training
* Preparing FAQs, upgrade notes, articles in Knowledge Base, and document support related to processes and activities
**Essential Qualifications**
* Availability and punctuality for scheduled work shifts
* High School Diploma or GED
* Exceptional phone and listening skills
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
* Proficiency in using customer support tools and technology
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Previous experience in a customer support role or similar field
