**Responsibilities**
As a Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* Fielding customer inquiries through various communication channels, including phone, email, chat, and social media, to resolve their questions, issues, and concerns.
* Connecting with customers to understand their needs and provide personalized solutions.
* Calmly resolving and de-escalating any issues that may arise, using your exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.
* Escalating interactions when necessary and appropriate to ensure customer satisfaction.
* Responding to requests for assistance and processing payments in a timely and efficient manner.
* Tracking all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
* Providing feedback on call issues to improve our processes and services.
* Upselling products or services when required, to meet customer needs and drive revenue growth.
**Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* To successfully pass the skills assessment (digital interview) to demonstrate your technical skills and customer service expertise.
* To be at least 18 years of age.
* To possess strong desktop computer system skills, including proficiency in Windows operating systems.
* To have a high school diploma or equivalent (GED).
* To be able to type 25 words per minute (wpm) with accuracy and speed.
* To have proven oral and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
* To possess logical problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze situations and develop effective solutions.
* To have organization and work prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
* To have at least 1 year of experience in a call center inbound call work environment.
**Nice-to-Haves**
While not required, the following skills and qualifications are highly desirable:
* Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technical tools.
* Knowledge of industry-specific products or services.
* Certification in customer service or a related field.
* Fluency in multiple languages.
