We believe that a small but highly driven and focused team can make a lasting impact in people's lives. **What You Will Do** As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences that drive engagement, loyalty, and growth. Your responsibilities will include: * Providing accurate and personalized communication to arenaflex users through live chat, email, and social media in a timely manner * Staying updated on the video and streaming world so you can provide expert solutions to our customers * Contributing to your ongoing learning and the success of your team by participating in experimentation efforts across the team that help drive meaningful improvements to the customer experience * Being an advocate of arenaflex and sharing product knowledge with customers to foster engagement and loyalty to our product * Passing customer feedback onto the product or sales team to improve the organization's offerings **What We Look For** We're seeking a talented and customer-centric professional who possesses the following skills and qualifications: * Experience in streaming with arenaflex * Understanding of how to go live to an RTMP or sites such as Facebook, X, Instagram, or Twitch * Experience in a customer-facing role, and a keen interest in providing outstanding customer support experiences * Proficient in both verbal and written English language (an additional language such as Portuguese, Spanish, French, or German would be a plus) * Experience using a Help Desk platform, such as Intercom, Zendesk, Freshworks, etc. * Ability to multitask and handle multiple client conversations simultaneously * You are resourceful, flexible, and can hold yourself accountable * You are available to work assigned shift rotations as needed * Work shift: 5 PM - 2 AM UTC; Days off - Monday and Tuesday **What We Offer** As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll enjoy a range of benefits and perks that include: * A startup environment and a flat company structure * Work closely with founders and team to build and grow the product * Opportunity to make an impact on the evolution of the product * Ability to create something that influences people's lives * Equity packages for you to truly be a part of the arenaflex journey * The tech you need to get your job done **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our team members grow and develop their skills and careers.
