We're seeking an experienced Customer Support Representative to join our 24x7x365 operation. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, troubleshooting technical issues, and managing department inbox. **Key Responsibilities**
• Provide exceptional customer service through various communication channels, including phone, chat, tickets, and email
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems in a timely and professional manner
• Manage department inbox and respond to internal and external client inquiries
• Work collaboratively with the team to achieve departmental goals and objectives
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of arenaflex products and services to provide accurate and informed support
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve customer support processes and procedures
• Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance technical skills and knowledge
**Requirements**
• Associate degree or 2 years' experience in customer support or client relations
• Ability to work an occasional flexible schedule, including some evenings, weekends, and additional hours during peak times or as required for coverage
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, along with strong presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks and priorities
• Prioritizes delivering an exceptional customer experience and is dedicated to going the extra mile to achieve it
• Willingness to learn new technologies and skills
• Ability to provide excellent communication and customer service skills by balancing technical knowledge and people skills
