About the Role: Customer Support Executive We are seeking an experienced and customer-centric Customer Support Executive to join our team in a remote position based in the United States. As a vital member of our customer support team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers have a positive and seamless journey with arenaflex. Your primary responsibilities will include responding to customer inquiries via live chat, WhatsApp, and email, resolving day-to-day client issues related to logistics, orders, and website bugs, and serving as the voice of the customer internally. Collaboration with all departments is essential, making you a key connector and facilitator within our organization.
