Our teams are dedicated to helping our clients – engineers, small and large businesses, educational institutions, and government organizations – unlock the full potential of our technology. **Job Overview** As a Customer Support Engineer at arenaflex, you will work closely with our Technical Outreach teams as an AI-informed expert to promote Google Cloud solutions to our clients. In this role, you will assist prospective clients and partners in understanding the power of Google Cloud, explaining technical features, helping clients design models, and troubleshooting any potential barriers. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to assist clients in utilizing specific AI (ML) equipment developed by Google (e.g., Tensor Processing Unit).
