Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Customer Success Specialist to join our team, supporting the Western United States remotely. As the first point of contact for lenders, real estate agents, and borrowers, you will play a vital role in educating and supporting our clients, ensuring they have a seamless experience with our arenaflex Bridge Loan solution. Your expertise and passion for delivering exceptional customer support will be essential in driving success and growth for our business.
Key Responsibilities
- Leverage your experience in real estate to provide inbound and outbound support to lenders, real estate agents, and borrowers via phone, email, text, and other channels
- Educate clients on the value proposition of our arenaflex Bridge Loan solution, providing detailed information on how it works and addressing any questions or concerns they may have
- Answer and resolve client inquiries, overcoming objections and routing complex issues to the appropriate point of contact when necessary
- Troubleshoot technical issues, communicating internally and providing follow-up support to ensure timely resolution
- Monitor and respond to social media posts, ensuring our online presence is consistent with our brand values and messaging
- Work autonomously, prioritizing tasks and managing your time effectively to meet service level agreements (SLAs) and maintain a positive customer experience
- Continuously learn and grow, expanding your knowledge of our products and services, and sharing your expertise with colleagues to support their learning and development
- Take on ad-hoc projects as they arise, demonstrating your flexibility and willingness to support the team and drive business success
Essential Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in real estate or a related field
- Flexibility to work Pacific hours (9 am - 6 pm)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal stakeholders
- High emotional intelligence and empathy, with a customer-centric approach to support
- Real estate license preferred, but not required if you have extensive experience working with agents
- Recent experience working in a real estate position, with a strong understanding of the fundamentals of the industry
- Proven success in handling high-volume phone, email, and text inquiries with speed and accuracy
- Technical proficiency, with the ability to quickly learn new systems and tools (e.g., Google, Zoom, Slack)
- Belief in creating diverse, equitable, and inclusive practices and programs that align with arenaflex's commitment to making an impact
- Experience working 100% remotely, with a proven track record of success in a distributed, national team environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Bilingual in Spanish
- Recent experience answering Facebook messages for a corporate account
- Experience working with a customer relationship management (CRM) system
- Knowledge of the mortgage industry and loan products

Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive compensation package, including a base salary of $66,000 USD, plus an incentive program (bonus). Our benefits package includes:
