**Job Summary**
As a Customer Success Engineer at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for supporting our largest and most important customers, working closely with them to identify and resolve issues, automate repetitive processes, and prioritize features. You'll become an expert in our arenaflex Redshift Service, deeply understanding customer use-cases and configurations, and communicating technical information effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Work directly with customers to identify and resolve issues, providing timely and effective support to ensure their success with our arenaflex Redshift Service
* Collaborate with pre-sales teams to onboard large-scale customers, ensuring a seamless transition to our service
* Automate repetitive processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort
* Work closely with business and support teams to prioritize operational issues and communicate roadmaps with customers
* Develop a deep understanding of our arenaflex Redshift Service architecture, customer use-cases, and configurations
* Help prioritize features and provide feedback to product teams to ensure our service meets customer needs
* Communicate technical information effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, using clear and concise language
* Prioritize and organize tasks to ensure timely completion and high-quality results
**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
* 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a technical support or success engineering capacity
* Strong technical skills, with a focus on data storage and processing technologies (e.g., Redshift, AWS)
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues
* Experience with automation tools and scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash)
* Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and version control systems (e.g., Git)

* 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a technical support or success engineering capacity
