**Job Summary**
As a Customer Strategy & Engagement Solutions Advisor, you'll be responsible for supporting the sales efforts of arenaflex's Transportation Management team. This includes analyzing incoming RFI's and RFP's, designing creative business solutions, and facilitating sales leads through the solution design, proposal, and pricing process. You'll work closely with sales, lines of service, and opco's to develop and maintain pricing models, sales collateral, and sales reporting. **Primary Responsibilities**
* Work with sales, lines of service, and opco's to design creative business solutions that meet the unique needs of our customers.
* Facilitate sales leads through the solution design, proposal, and pricing process, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible solutions.
* Complete RFI and RFP responses, showcasing arenaflex's expertise and capabilities.
* Develop and maintain pricing models in coordination with sales process, ensuring that our customers receive accurate and competitive pricing.
* Develop and maintain libraries for sales/marketing content, RFP and RFI responses, and PowerPoint presentations, ensuring that our sales team has the tools they need to succeed.
* Create reporting for sales pipeline and other ad hoc reports as requested, providing valuable insights into our sales performance.
* Create and manage inputs for detail and accuracy, customize formatting, and create and run reports in Salesforce for all Managed Transportation and Consulting opportunities.
* Perform other duties as assigned, contributing to the growth and success of arenaflex.
**Education & Experience**
* Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, Economics, or a related field.
* Minimum 5-7 years of experience in solution design, sales support, implementation, project management, facilitation, and strong MS Office Suite skills.
* Strong communication skills (oral and written) to organize ideas and make clear, logical, and persuasive presentations.
* Strong interpersonal skills to develop and maintain effective relationships with management and customers.
**Working Conditions**
* Work will be mainly in an office environment with occasional work in a warehouse environment.
* Ability to follow policies and procedures, read, write, and interpret information, add, subtract, multiply, and divide, use hands to finger, handle, or feel, sit, walk, stand for duration of shift, possess visual acuity to perform essential job functions, and conduct physical tasks with a full range of motion throughout the warehouse environment.
* Ability to lift/carry items up to 50 pounds.

**Compensation & Benefits**
* Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. Pay is based on several factors, including but not limited to, market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, education/training, and a candidate's work experience.
* Pay Range: $58,656.00 (Min) - $83,787.00 (Mid) - $109,739.00 (Max) Yearly
